Convoy of Hope
Jeffrey Anderson, National Church Relations Director for Convoy of Hope based in Springfield, Missouri will be the guest speaker. He serves as the National Church Relations Director with Convoy of Hope, an international faith-based compassion ministry operating globally out of Springfield, MO. Convoy of Hope has served and shared the Gospel with nearly 85 million people, and is currently feeding nearly 160,000 children daily in eleven nations. Founded in 1994, Convoy’s passion is to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches, disaster services and partner resourcing. They work with churches, businesses, government agencies and other nonprofits to provide help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting.
Anderson has served for twenty-four years in Pastoral ministry. His ministry has been marked by missions, compassion and evangelism. He has served on the team at Convoy of Hope for seven years.

He is a dynamic and passionate communicator sharing God’s Word and the story of Convoy with boldness, humor, and relevance. He has travelled nationally and internationally sharing the message of hope found in Jesus Christ.

He has a degree from Contra Costa College, is a graduate of Bethany University in Scotts Valley, California, and is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God. Jeff is married to the love of his life, Mary Beth, and together they have three daughters, and reside in Ozark, Missouri.

Lulu Armenta co-pastors a church in the West Texas and Plains District where she has been the Christian Education Director for four years. She has a degree in biology as well as a Bible degree from Southwestern Assembles of God University. She and her husband of sixteen years are raising a son.

Bob was the first nationally appointed children’s ministry missionary to the United States. He is the national director of King's Castle USA, and also serves as the children's ministries liaison for the Assemblies of God US Missions (AGUSM). Bob is a certified ministry coach and serves on the AGUSM coaching team.

Sharon Baldwin

Sharon is the Director of Discipleship and Children for the New York Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God as well as a volunteer children’s pastor at Connect Church in Buffalo, NY. She directs the district kids' camp for the New York Ministry Network. Sharon is also a music teacher of children with developmental disabilities, a chaplain’s wife, and the mother of two. She is passionate about empowering leaders and kids to be effective in ministry. She holds a Master’s degree in Creative Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education.

Leah has been on staff at Faith Assembly Church in Houston, TX for nine years. In her time there she has served as the communications director and is currently the children's pastor. Leah is a self-proclaimed Dr. Pepper lover, a mediocre Crossfitter, coffee drinker, and queso eater. She loves Jesus and has known for most of her life that she wants to serve God's people through full-time ministry. Leah is constantly in awe of the story God is writing in and through her life.

Michelle is the Kids' Director for the North Texas District of the Assemblies of God. She was previously on staff at Radiant Church in Surprise, AZ serving there when Radiant's children’s ministry was recognized by Outreach Magazine as “one of the 25 most innovative churches in America.” Michelle was also part of the Arizona Ministry Network children’s ministry team, serving in many roles including speaking at district kids' camps. She is an ordained minister, has a Bachelor’s in Church Ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and has an M.A. in Counseling from Northern Arizona University. Michelle also serves as an adjunct instructor at Rio Salado College in Tempe, AZ.
